DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act)

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by any content on our website, please follow the procedure outlined below to notify us.

Notification of Infringement

  • If you believe that your copyrighted material has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information in your DMCA takedown notice:
  • Identification of the copyrighted work: Please specify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material: Provide enough detail to enable us to locate the material on our website, such as the URL or a description of the material.
  • Your contact information: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.

Once we receive the required information, we will review the complaint and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the alleged infringing content.

Counter-Notice

  • If you believe that your content has been removed in error or that you have the right to use the content under applicable law, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include the following:
  • Your full legal name and contact information.
  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your signature (physical or electronic).
  • Your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court and agreement to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice.

After we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who filed the original DMCA notice. The content may be restored within 10-14 days unless we receive a notice from the original claimant that a lawsuit has been filed.

Vibrant Pakistan may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If you believe that a user of our website is a repeat infringer, please provide us with the relevant details, including links to previously removed content and evidence of the infringing user.
