Fully Funded Scholarship for Pakistani Students to Study in Romania (2025-26)

The Romanian Government has announced a fully funded scholarship for Pakistani students aspiring to pursue undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs in Romania for the academic year 2025-2026. This initiative, managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Ministry of Education and Research, aims to strengthen educational ties and promote cultural exchange between Romania and non-EU countries, including Pakistan.

Scholarship Overview & Levels of Study

• The scholarship covers three levels of study.
• Bachelor’s Degree: 3 to 6 years (for high school graduates).
• Master’s Degree: 1 to 2 years (for students with an undergraduate degree).
• PhD Programs: 3 to 5 years, requiring the defense of a doctoral thesis.

Language Requirements

• The primary language of instruction is Romanian. A preparatory year is available for non-Romanian-speaking students.
